Our school offers a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and inspired. The welcoming atmosphere, along with modern facilities, outdoor learning spaces and beautiful grounds across a split site, creates the perfect setting for learning and personal growth, supporting our belief that a positive environment is key to every child’s success.

Our school facilities

We offer a range of learning environments. They help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities include:

• bright and comfortable air-conditioned classrooms
• Outdoor covered learning areas and learning areas in our beautiful grounds

• a well-stocked library for reading, borrowing and research, as well as offering a quiet space at lunch for reading, board games, or LEGO

• a number of all-weather sports fields for fitness and fun, including a soccer field, basketball court and tennis court.
• Expansive grounds across both sites, including active and passive areas for our students to enjoy during break times
• A fruit and vegetable garden and chicken coop housing our very happy OPS chickens. The eggs laid by the chickens and any fresh produce picked from the fruit and vegetable garden are provided directly to our canteen to make homemade food for our students to purchase.

Resources and digital technology

Our school uses modern technology (iPads and Chromebooks) and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to many high-quality shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.

Our bright and comfortable air-conditioned classrooms create a warm and inviting environment where students feel safe, respected and ready to learn.

The use of Chromebooks, iPads, and many other digital learning tools empowers students to engage actively with lessons, enhances their creativity, and supports personalised learning to help each child reach their full potential.

Our school embraces its beautiful grounds as a vibrant outdoor classroom, inspiring curiosity and hands-on learning while fostering a deep connection with nature and the environment.

Our all-weather sports fields, including a soccer field, cricket pitch, basketball court, and tennis court, provide students with year-round opportunities to develop teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship in a safe and dynamic outdoor environment.

Our expansive grounds offer students a welcoming and spacious environment to enjoy active or quiet play, socialise with friends, and recharge during break times, contributing to their overall well-being and happiness.

Our happy OPS chickens bring joy to the school community, providing students with hands-on learning experiences about responsibility, nature, and animal care in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Our school's fruit and vegetable garden, lovingly cared for by the environmental education group, nurtures hands-on learning and a deep appreciation for sustainability and healthy living by passing on fresh produce directly to our school canteen.
