Lunch orders placed in the morning are delivered straight to the classroom, and snacks and drinks are also available to buy from the canteen window during lunch break.

Our menu follows the Healthy Kids Association guidelines, with most food homemade using ingredients from the school's Greensparks program, and organic waste going back into the Greensparks vegetable garden. Any money raised by the canteen, after operating costs, goes towards funding school-based initiatives and educational projects.

Lunch orders are placed through the Flexischools app, where you'll also find the canteen menu.

To order, use the Flexischools app or visit www.flexischools.com.au and set up an account (see the guide below). Orders must be placed by 9am, and payment is online only.

Missed the cutoff? A reduced menu is available from 9am to 10:30am. For emergencies, paper bag orders are still accepted at the canteen window before 9:20am, just include your child's name and class, the item ordered, and payment (plus 20 cents for the bag).

Want to volunteer?

Our canteen is run by the P&C, with coordinators Mel and Ingrid managing daily operations, the menu, supplies and event catering.

We'd love your help! Volunteering is a great way to meet other parents and be part of the school community, and kids love seeing a family member on canteen duty. No experience is needed, Mel and Ingrid will guide you along the way.

To get involved, drop by the canteen under the South Site COLA or email canteen@oatleypublicschool.nsw.edu.au. For roster questions, just ask the coordinators directly.
