At Oatley Public School, we are committed to providing our students opportunities to learn about environmental conservation and preservation. Our collaboration with Greensparks and the SRC has resulted in various initiatives, including crop planting and clean-up campaigns, waste reduction and recycling initiatives. Through these activities, students can engage in practical, hands-on learning experiences that increase their knowledge and understanding of environmental issues while inspiring them to take action.
These extracurricular activities are designed to develop leadership and teamwork skills while providing students with the necessary tools and resources to take action on environmental issues. By participating in these activities, students will not only positively impact the environment but will also contribute to creating a more sustainable future.
